"After visiting Palm Coast from California, we returned home and looked at hundreds of Zillow listings in the area. This resulted in a short list of 5.

We then contacted each of the listing agents and set appointments by phone. Clearly, salespeople each have unique signals they send during this  process (i.e.: they try to steer you in a direction that suits them, they are too busy to give you their full attention, they don't take you seriously, its a foregone conclusion that you will buy from them, etc.).

Sharon was none of this before the sale or now, eight months later. In our first meeting, we were very impressed with Sharon's experience and her knowledge of the home that she was representing. Unlike some realtors, who can't find the light switch in a home they represent, Sharon knew every square inch of the property.

She also impressed us with her knowledge of the HOA rules and local contractors who could provide various services. Sharon's listing was the first of 5 that we scheduled to view. When we left her, we looked at just one more and called her cellphone to make an offer.

She actually answered on the first ring! Why is this important? Because, we could not believe what we had to go through to finally talk to other realtors with listings that we were interested in. Some never answered their phone or returned our calls. So, we made our offer and, even though Sharon represented the seller, she managed the negotiations between both of us in an extremely fair and professional manner. In fact, in one day, we bought a home that met all of our expectations, at a price and we felt and still feel very good about. In the better part of a year that has followed, we have contacted Sharon numerous times for her advice on things like, who to buy flood insurance from, social clubs in the area and, today, where to get touch-up paint that matches our home (she contacted the builder and replied with exact SKU numbers). Each time, she has been immediately responsive and prompt with her answers. Needless to say, we would use Sharon again and would highly recommend her to anyone."
